Biography

Donald F. Foley was born in Indianapolis in 1941. He was admitted to the Indiana State bar in 1967 after finishing his Undergraduate education at DePauw University and earning his legal degree from Indiana University in 1967. Donald was Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Marion County from 1971 to 1972. He is a member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association and admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit, U.S. District Court, both Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, and the U.S. Tax Court.
